BC Garden Construction is a Geelong-based commercial landscaping company. we have a reputation for delivering exceptional projects for developers, landscape architects and government agencies. We work in all areas of commercial landscaping and amenity horticulture, building and maintaining public parks, playgrounds, open spaces, streetscapes and wetlands.
Current Positions Available
We are currently looking for a fully qualified landscapers to join our expanding team in a full time position. The successful candidate must have experience in all aspects of landscaping, a great eye for detail, work well as part of a team, be punctual and reliable.
Criteria:
- Cert 3 in landscaping or similar
- Minimum of 4 years landscaping experience
- Manual drivers license ( truck and machinery licenses favorable)
- White / Red industry card
- Job can be subject to drug and alcohol testing
We are looking for truck driver/machine operators with experience in floating machinery, driving tipper trucks and operating excavators and skid steers. Truck and dog experience is advantageous
Criteria:
- HC Truck Licence
- Excavator and Skid Steer Tickets
- Construction Induction (White Card)
- Clean Driving Record
- Job can be subject to drug and alcohol testing
Seeking new candidates, 1st, 2nd, 3rd year looking for a change into commercial landscaping with great opportunities for growth and promotion on completion of apprenticeship.
Criteria:
- Currently completing a certificate in landscaping
- Manual drivers license ( truck and machinery licenses favorable)

Seeking Landscape Labourers to work fulltime, Long term work available for the right candidates, Above award rates.
Criteria:
- Physically fit to carry out manual tasks
